Author Mai B was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She now resides in Georgia with her husband and two daughters. In 2017, Author Mai B was encouraged by her mother to start writing children's books. Thus producing Nali: The Beautiful Butterfly. Since then, she has published three more books and four coloring books. Author Mai is constantly writing for children of all ages.

Author Mai B's books all have a message for every child that reads her books. Her books are catered to young and older children.
